We decide which production stages are necessary to execute your order and how the materials and components chosen by you should be processed to achieve the desired effect. Our experts divide the tasks between particular work centres and their operations.

The Planning Department sets the deadlines for each production stage.
Acceptance of files

Based on your materials we prepare imposition files and send them to you for final approval. Order execution time starts from this moment.

The Technology Department checks whether the product meets the specification and whether all the components have been manufactured according to the technological guidelines. This is the last stage, which helps us ascertain that all your requirements have been met.
Printing

Thanks to our technologically advanced 5-colour machine, we are able to achieve a high quality of print in a very short time. Colours are always adjusted to certified proof. At this stage, using screen printing, we add refinements such as UV coat or glitter.

At this stage, materials are glued and cut into target shapes.
Box manufacture and line completion
Box manufacture and line completion
At the same time box manufacture and line completion occur. Covered boxes are put on the assembly line where all the components are added to them.
Shipment
Shipment
The final product goes to the high-bay warehouse and awaits the shipment. You can arrange transportation yourself or let us do the job.
