Production process

Our proven production process:

  • Request for quotation

    At this stage, our sales representatives, together with the technology and pattern department, select the appropriate materials, component sizes and manufacturing methods to optimise the cost of manufacturing your product.

  • Order

    After placing your order, you will receive instructions from us explaining step by step how to prepare your files for printing.

  • Checking files

    Our graphic designer checks the correctness of the design according to the requirements previously sent by the sales representative and advises on how to make corrections.

  • Technology preparation

    We determine which production stages are necessary to complete your order and what path the materials and components you have selected should take to achieve the desired result. Our specialists plan the work for individual production stations and the operations performed at them.

  • Production schedule

    The planning department sets deadlines for the completion of individual production stages.

  • Acceptance of files by the customer

    We prepare imposition files from the materials you provide and send them for final approval. From that moment on, the order completion time is counted.

  • Preparation of the production model

    The technology department checks whether the product complies with the specifications and whether all components have been manufactured in accordance with the technological assumptions. . This is the final stage, which allows us to ensure that all your requirements have been taken into account.

  • Print

    Thanks to the advanced technology of our 5-colour machine, we achieve high print quality in a very short time. We always set the colours to a certified proof. At this stage, we also use screen printing to apply additional finishes such as UV varnish or glitter.

  • Gluing, die cutting

    At this stage, the materials are glued and cut into the desired shapes.

  • Box production and line assembly

  • Shipping

    The finished product goes to a high-bay warehouse and waits to be shipped. You can organise transport yourself or commission us to do so.
